We hold these truths to be self evident, that all people are created equal,t hat they are endowed by their creator, no matter what you think that is or isn’t, with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
These words are from the preamble to the declaration of independence.
Yes, this si from an American document…but it is not just for America. It is for the world. When the people who drafted this came up with this idea…they were not Americans. They were men (and women…but you don’t hear about them because they were in the background advising and listening) who wanted the world to be a better place. Theyw anted the world to be “fair”, equal, and a place where all people were treated with respect and equality.
So what are these rights:
Life – to live a life free of strife and problems and oppression of any kind.
Liberty – The ability to live this life and no be owned or hrt by anyone. To have the ability to do what you want, when you want to do it…and have the resources available to you, in order to do this without prejudice, oppression, and discrimination of ANY kind as long as it is not hindering the liberty and happiness of others.
Pursuit of happiness – This si the goal of every living being in the world. To pursue happiness. All people are working towards this one goal…however, their problems and trials in their younger ages, society, and culture have given them views that are created to see that the only person who is important are themselves. On the contrary, the pursuit of happiness is not the goal…happiness is the goal. The way you achieve happiness is by seeing that it already exists and it is not anyone or anything’s job to make you happy…you create your own happiness. Also, we should all be able to create our own happiness as long as we DO NOT infringe on anyone elses happiness and we NEVER EVER resort to violence or abuse of any kind.
This is what Motivating For Positive Change is all about.
Throughout the entire life of motivating for positive change, everything that I speak about is geared towards these words and phrases.
We all have the right to live with fresh water, food, clean air, clean earth, and the ability to do what we want…as long as there is no violence and abuse.
In order to do this, we must educate our children that this si the way of the world…not the me, me, me, stuff, more stuff, even more stuff…attitude.
Heaven is right here on earth, you just have to open your eyes and see it.
