We have the ability to think positive all the time!!!
As survivors, our mind is cultivated with both positive and negative thoughts. These thoughts then grow into emotions that we “feel” is uncontrollable. Your heart races, you’re not focused. You eat too much, you’re not eating at all. Your crying all the time. It seems like it takes a lot of energy to enjoy life. So how do you approach this? How do you cultivate more positive thoughts than negative ones.
First: Do a self check. Am I dwelling on the past. Is this present issue truly an issue or is it a reminder of a past issue? Am I letting the past poison my present?
