Meditation exercise – One hundred breaths for Peace and Joy.

 

A wonderful mediation exercise for all to enjoy. When we put in our own meditation exercises into the world we allow others to find ways to make peace in themselves and find peace in their inner world. This is more than just a meditation exercise, but more a way of helping everyone who reads this to be a better person in a better world.
