There’s a reason why psychologist, psychiatrist, social workers, teachers, counselors, and parent teen experts suggest that you journal or diary. Journaling and diary writing is one of the best ways to get to know yourself and sort out the feelings in your head. When you journal every day you experience the feelings again and you are allowed to think through your decisions and your choices. People who general or write a diary make better decisions and are generally happier than those that didn’t according to a Princeton survey. Journaling and diarrhea writing make you a better person and I allow you to make this world a better place.
